At this point, I don't like the low resolutions. I have 1280x1024 on 16" Sharp screens and consider the same resolution on a 19" screen to be low quality.

Then I would say you need to make font sizes commensurately smaller on the 19. :)

Good point. By adjusting font sizes and/or window sizes of various programs, most can adjust to a resolution they wouldn't at first think practical.
