Bob,
The total outstanding shares are 12.2 million which are exchangable in open market. Nobody can stop those 94% of total shares to sell in open market every day. If I am right, I think all of these 94% shares bought at average below $7.00. If the price goes up to $45, think about how many percent profit they get? more than 500%. Are they going to sell their stocks? Sure, they are and they can't keep them forever. Use your common knowledge, how many percent profit do you take when you invest in a stock? If you can't answer my question, please ask investment guru. From $7 to target $45, involve a lot of different evel profits, and the trade isn't 6% (700,000 shares) -- it is 12.2 million shares. Now go back to my explanation about float -- 12.2 million outstanding shares are exchangable. Bob, are you with me?

Best wishes

James
