Let's target the FarSight's Big Boss: D.E. Shaw !!! My intuition is telling me that only dealing with: Customer Service at service@farsight.com or Brian Kape, Chief Operating Officer won't be enough ! I invite D.E. Shaw in this great thread to stand for FarSight's initial mission, to remember that "the essence of business is service" ... In this online brokerage war, pricing up it's business suicide AND lack of respect for Web united smart customers who can hit back like a boomerang with the same force & intensity when you less expect such a move ... AND what about bad reputation ? The statistics will remember us that a disappointed client will influence at least 20 others. With SI smart audience and prestige, at least 2000 others !!! Can you afford such an image for your future ? I don't think so ... Simply there is NO quick & easy fix here. Enough said, the FarSight business image is under BIG question: To Be or Not to Be in Business ? This Is the Question ! Cheer up my friends, January and this online brokerage war will bring us MANY better choices ... Best Wishes to All including FarSight of "old good days" ...
