Thanks for the update, John. Looks like they will be going full steam ahead just in time for the really cold weather! But nowadays it seems ice cream products are consumed year round, albeit at their highest rate in the hot days of summer. I'm particularly looking forward to a Ben & Jerry's ice cream called Monkey something. It is made with bananas. I hope it is one they include in Canada. I've never tried it when in the States but will definitely try it here if given the chance. Keep us posted on the construction progress. Cheers, Don
