It should also be noted that BYWD is in a excellent financial condition which is necessary for any growing company: Total assets $ 1,136,156 Total current liabilities 132,738 and as far as the the 8K goes isn't it preferable to have a majority holder as a high ranking officer, or in this case the CEO, it should also be noted that the conversion took place at .12 per share, so it's not like the guy was getting it for pennies on the dollar. That said a bb with growing revenues and profitability is hard to come by these days, the upside potential from here is HUGE!!! p.s. I see you went to CU Boulder, been there a couple times, nice place:)
