Legal expenses way too much? I agree with the previous posts. At the end of Q2, YTD revenues were $1.66M; at the end of Q3 they stood at $2.44M meaning Q3 revenues were about $781K and yet the company declares a $245K LOSS for the quarter. WOW! Look, I don't mind expenses related to setting up new divisions, doing research, developing new products and hiring new hands. Those are costs associated with growing the business. But, man oh man, this constant drain on earnings is eating our lunch. Management ought to settle this suit or find a cheaper lawyer. Regards, Julio.
