Harold: Thank you for the good wishes. Regarding the stock trading under both the SPCLQ and SITI symbols, consider the possibility that both can trade until the physical shares are converted one to the other. A number of shareowners hold SPCLQ shares. If they wished to sell prior to physical conversion, they would sell under the SPCLQ symbol. Depending on how fast the transfer agent is able to work, the purchaser of SPCLQ shares may have SITI shares deposited in his or her account. When the physical conversion is complete, then the old symbol will disappear. Until then the transfer agent has to reconcile the traded SPCLQ shares with the newly issued shares. Steve
