Jay/Khris - I checked on the SC13D SEC filing that I came across a few weeks ago. It was filed on 27th December and seems to indicate that Mr. Mansfield purchased 475,000 shares in Vitronics on 27th September at 1 3/8 ! I know this corresponds with the press anouncement that VTC actually repurchased the stock, but it looks like the purchase was for Mr. Mansfield as beneficial owner....... I don't know what this actually means ! Any ideas ? Also, Vitronics financial year follows the calendar year, so they've now completed '97 and should be publishing full results in the next few weeks. Do you have any idea when ?
