Allan I also saw it this morning. The wording regarding a new filing deadline is the same as last year when they took 45 days to file. I believe the language somehow allows Fonar 15 days from some other date than the current one. Just a guess. Last year the yearend financials had to account for the settlement. I don't understand what new element has Fonar confused regarding completing these forms. The uptick on the stock may have something to do with the Stryker case which the appeals court just upheld although I haven't looked at it to see what the similarities are. The rumors of a possible settlement and approaching oral arguments also will help the stock. Still wish management would show an ability to meet filing deadlines. All the sales settlements and patents won't mean much if you cannot figure out where the decimal point goes. Glenn
