HI, GLAD TO FIND ANOTHER STROUD INVESTOR. APART FROM THE FACT THAT STROUD HAS MADE NO EFFORT IN THE LAST 2 YEARS TO KEEP THEIR OWNERS..UPS WE ARE JUST SHAREHOLDERS.. INFORMED ABOUT ANY PROGRESS WHATSOEVER, I AM GLAD THAT THERE IS SOME ACTIVITY. WOULD BE NICE TO HEAR ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF HISLOP, LECKIE, INDONESIA, AND SO ON. OFFERING DEBENTURES TO SHAREHLODERS IS A CURIOUS TWIST FOR A COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN PRIVATE PLACING FRO THE ENTIRE 1996 SEASON. HOW ARE THEY GOING TO PAY THE INTEREST?? IF YOU KNOW MORE THAN I DO LET ME KNOW PLEASE. REGARDS
