My apologies to eveyone on this thread. I spoke to the Company this morning and received firsthand information about the Company's status. First of all GE has 52 million shares, NOT 800 MILLION. I'd be interested in knowing Stuart where you got that number from. If it is indeed in the Form 10 you claim to have, I'd like to take a look at that.

In addition, the Company needs no additional financing. They have all the cash they need and are ready to get to work on the Bolivian property in the next several weeks.

The rep was very excited about the property and reiterated the geologists cliams that are cited in the 8-k filed with the SEC of 60 MILLION OUNCES in the Bolivian property. If true, this number is mind staggering. I don't claim to know much about mining plays but just comparing this number and the claims on other threads such as Gold being worht anywhere from $100-$250 in the ground, then we are talking about an awfully large number here. Of course, you have to discount that for the risk related properties of Non-North American mining and other characteristics but we are still talking about a stock that has the potential to fly!!!

Once again, my apologies for not doing the research on my own and accepting someone else's assertion as gospel.
