My own personal thoughts.

I'm pulling these ideas off the top of my head so they have no source but trying to put the puzzle together myself before a more revelation of news comes out.

1. WWY said last Oct they were moving into the functional chewing gum business and were looking for top researchers in the business. 20/20 hindsight shows this deal has been long in the making.

2. But GUMM had all these pending contracts to resolve with the various companies and get an okay
to sell equipement and co-packing contracts to WWY. This took a lot of time and my guess why we never saw a P&G dental release or others.

3. GUMM owns the rights to Microdent 35% plaque buster for dental chewing gums. That's the part they'll get royalties from WWY is my best guess.

4. GUMM with CS First Boston has a new vision and co-packing is not part of it.

5. What is GUMM now? 60% ownership of Gel Tech (zicam) and the rights to buy the remaining part of 40% zicam from Zensano.
( zengen.com ) They have a JV agreement with Swedish Match for marketing nicotine products using nasal gel, disolving tablets, and gum. SWMAY approved the sale of equipment so manufacturing for the JV so the nicotine gum will either come from the current plant owned by WWY or another plant elsewhere overseas' that we haven't heard about yet. Add to that $25 million in cash. CS First Boston brains and no more Gary Kehoe. They have a fine group of board of directors with connections. I'm looking to see what the guy on the board from Johnson and Johnson has accomplished.

6. Investors are thinking about GUMM on minute by minute basis based on the active message board,
CS First Boston and the Board of Directors are taking action for a new company for years to come.

There is more than meets the eye.
