"Ten lives in CA where nothing works very well. I was pretty surprised when I moved here and found that long lines were mostly a CA thing." People in CA WANT first rate service, they just don't want to pay the TAXES that would get them first rate service. In the school district where I lived, they were still driving nearly antique school buses from the sixties.
