V1, well the glow has certainly left the biotechs as evidenced by the inactivity on the thread, not to mention the margin call on the MP. ^IXB up nearly 1% today, less than the other major indices, but not bad. I think you are right. For those with money left to spend, its bargain hunting time. Lots of good cheap biotechs available. With any luck, the biotechs should rally into the H and Q conference and after. We now have the excitement of a New Year and a rising market. If the Asian contagion has little effect on this Qs earnings in general, we may see a nice rally. Happy New Year to ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
