OK, Isaac Newton...here goes...A nation that needs a growing population of humans to flourish has something deeply wrong. If you believe that population growth is the answer, via immigration - then you lock your nation into a never ending pattern of needing more young workers to support the retired. At some point, you will have a population density that will cause horrid living conditions like that in your most densly populated cities in your own nation, Brasil. Having poor corrupt nations export their illiterate people to first world nations does not solve the problem of the poor nation, and it places a burden on the wealthy nation when such immigration is uncontrolled, as is the case in the USA. Go back to mending your fishing net.
