I agree. Boring. Designed the offend the least number of people, is the way realtors have explained it. Our house is intimately personalized in every respect. A realtor would probably have a heart attack. They also say clear out all your nick nacks to the client can visualize their own stuff in place rather than admiring yours. That's impossible for us because, well, nick nacks are us. And we don't have a taxpayer financed crew to change out perfectly good carpet like Obama does.
