AGTI, had 130 MILLION shares prior to the reverse split. After t he 4 for 1 AGTI's total outstanding shares were then at 32 million. We are currently at about 97 million, total outstanding shares. Approximately 50 million have been traded the last two weeks. Could there shares be from the companies treasurey? Could it be that some one is buying shares of the company to gain the 51% majority in order to take control? What do you guys think? JMHO Best Regards
