L. MICHAEL-- the AT&T lawsuit is still UNRESOLVED. AT&T at this date 9/28/98 has a lawsuit pending against FTEL so stating this is a fact not SLANDER-----"-All three can be grounds for lawsuits, IMO, since all three of them are lies to cause panic".
