Why didn't Bush do anything? He had all the information Clinton did, and nine months before 9/11! He did LESS than Clinton had in that period.

Then, he let Osama escape at Tora Bora and invaded a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. Seven years AFTER 9/11, he STILL hasn't captured or killed Osama, despite promising he would. A MASSIVE failure..
