One quick comment, you wrote to me earlier and Pat has mentioned in one of his posts today, about the shorting of preferred shares. I quote from your post below.

Jack, the Ftel S-1 filings list the pitfalls of the preferred, including shorting, those SEC documents were written by the company or their representatives. Good Luck

PS. I just read your note in the above post. You are correct about Jan., but as you can see, a good deal of shares were sold prior. Right now, the best thing that could happen to Ftel shareholders is for Vic to leave this board. he is not an asset to this company, regardless of what he thinks. |
