Someone on the Xoma thread posted that he read somewhere that if a drug makes it to the following phases the drug has this percent chance of approval:

Phase I: 20% Phase II: 30% Phase III: 50%

Can anyone comment on whether the above statistics are accurate? Rick do you know? Thanks.
