Yes I have been hearing about the JV for the Mexican properties. I think it is very close to completion if not already completed. The JV partner is well established and very credible. If or when the deal is completed we will be in a new ball game. We may all wish we had bought at these prices. On the other hand if the deal turns sour then these prices may be the highs for awhile. Stay tuned. Bob
