We should call you Nasty "C". That appears to be a nasty Call bear spread you created. Now so close to expiration and so deep in the money ... assignment is around the corner my friend. Why didn't you do the bear spread in Puts?? I realize that you would generate an initial debit to the position, but you would not be risking assignment, your max. loss would be your original debit, and if there was a sudden drop in the stock you would've created a potential spread of more than 5 points. Now you have the other side of the coin.

Me ... I would take my losses here ... I wouldn't risk the assignment factor. Let me know how it works out for you.
