Thomas, you are mistaken, and it is plain to see, as well as
easy to prove. Frank has not sold a share since Nasdaq has been
applied for, end of story.
Your 'do or does' DOES NOT CHANGE your LIE, because it does not alter
the nature of what you said. You do not question IF Frank has sold
since Nasdaq was applied for, your questions STATES that he did or
does, NEITHER of which are true. You question WHY, implying that he
was or will sell shares during the application process. Nice try to
change the lie, but it doesn't work, in English, but try sanskrit
maybe that will give it more truth. See Tom I guess you and JHP share
that same lack of basic grammar skills, among other similiarities.
But this part is the best! You even ACKNOWLEDGE how full of crap you
are, you reference something Frank wrote in JULY, to try and back up
your statement you made in MAY. So unless, you can argue that you knew
this in May, you can not hide behind that Tom. Getting through yet
that thick skull of yours yet?
You lied, and you KNEW it was a lie, as displayed by the information
you provided here. You made a statement that he did or does, when he
has not and will not.
