No NSR's yet since nothing is in production, but he is certainly getting annual cash payments on every property he has optioned. Probably doing pretty well. I expect he stakes his own claims, so hopefully he has walked it all (with lumber on his back). Nevada is fairly user friendly for walking, no swamps, impenetrable bush, or Grizz. Actually, he probably has a very well used ATV. Cheers
