Eddie, I think profit taking. Many MM's(short term traders) like to exit before earnings. If bad, they win. If good, they reenter, and are happy even though they most likely reenter at a premium. But, as you know, even if earnings are good, street may not think they are good enough. With CPQ, you see this specualtion four to seven days BEFORE earnings release. Good Trading. LF
