The realization that security issuance is within their own providence, that the companies shares are the property of shareholders. There is much to be learned by way of counter programming. Its good to see that businesses are taking an activist role in denying the contrivances of this past decade. All business depends on customers. Much of the world has forgotten that. For the considerable period this thread reported about the naked short selling and pervasive desking strategies the seemed utterly routine. Now, there is a better than average chance that Companies will use analytics to count issuance, outstanding and distribution by class of customer owner.
