CHUCK, concerning your question about TT International, I believe it is progressing as planned. Many potential projects are being developed. But my personal opinion, after working much of my professional life overseas, is that it is more difficult to develop projects overseas than it is at home. However, this assumes that economic factors are identical. The attractions for TT should be the countries that have high tipping fees -- like western Europe and Japan -- not the developing countries. I agree with your statement that a good JV partner is required to know the politics and practices of each foreign country. Best regards Cliff Maki
