Fool. I'm a process improvement specialist. I have a whole team that helps me get big projects done. I've been doing it for years too. Simply with my own experience with the health care industry, I can tell you that plenty of improvements can be made. It's amazing that you don't see that, since you claim to be in the industry. Could be you are too close to the trees to see the forest. And that's not an insult. Most industries I consult for and improve have exactly that problem. They know the business so well, they can no longer see why it is inefficient. Sometimes a fresh set of eyes makes all the difference.
