V G -- Agreed it seems a shame to sell at this price and that is a huge gamble. Buying back could be expensive. My guess is the mkt is up at the open Tues but wonder if it will sustain a recovery. There are many bargains out there now and I have a shopping list prepared,, just a little nervy about going in with both feet. The doj problem needs resolved as it has a negative impact on msft when it W2K should be moving it up,,, msft action has a defenite impact on the mkts and individual issues,,,
