My daughter's PC running XP seems to have caught a virus(worm?). McAfee Virus Alert tells her that her PC is "infected" with W32/Klez.rar and it is unable to remove it or disable it. I found the "the.rtr.rar" file and I think I removed it yet the virus seems to still be running. It also said that it could not move "mek.bak.rar" It is sending out e-mails to her Outlook list of addresses.

Any help on how to remove this virus or where to go to get some ideas would be greatly appreciated. TIA
