Henry as far as i am concerned this is a form of the poison pill that a co. will adopt to protect itself from hostile take overs . it does limit who can and should buy the stockand what terms are to be followed in case of a leverage or similar event takeover . With every deal like this the terms are limited only to the imagination of the atty's writing the legalize . Regards David
