Not at all. I went in person on a business trip and met the sales rep. Thought that would be best since I was near. My version (r/t) would not work with bmi data as stated. Tried 3 times by telling tech support and rep. Got absolutely no response other than "I'll pass it on". Seems tech dept needs updating. Returned under free look period. Too bad, have always liked the philosophy that Ed preaches.
