Re Don's comments on "fully-reporting" ....

My take on this is that he still plans to make the submission to the SEC based upon the FY ended 7/31/98 -- which is consistent with what's been posted here.

And that the process is an iterative one -- company submits, SEC asks questions, company submits additional info, SEC asks additional questions, etc. The fact that this is an iterative process has been posted here. The opinion that it might take even six months is new, to my recollection.

And my sense of Don's comments is that he has a lot on his plate and enjoyed bringing in the new capabilities (think of this as an entirely new product line developed over the past 3-6 months) and in selling that product ... to the extent that the dull drudgery of a non-trivial paperwork submission has a lower level of excitement in his mind. I did hear words to indicate that he was still planning on a submission based on the FY just ended.
