That CPU cooler is very cool, (pun intended) but overkill IMHO. As you may have read in my previous posts I am running a boxed 300a at 504 (112 x 4.5) without any heat problems at all. Temps never go over 93-94 degrees. I have used several OEM and boxed Celerons, and never had trouble with any of them. But I used big well ventilated boxes, don't put the covers on them sometimes, and they are in air conditioned environments.
I think if you had a partially restricted airflow case and put it in a hotter than normal environment, then I could see the need for a better cooler.
