I disagree that is solely with the fact that land has passed from government to individual that there are problems. It is in how it is done that there are problems in my opinion. When the process disproportionately favors one person or company over others that is not fair. I have a book called "The Rich and the Super Rich" and some others that describe how many of the rich got that way. Becoming a parasite and taking over advantage of getting land at discount from the government is one way many people in this country got rich.
