Micheal,
I would advise to proceed with caution on this stock at present. I am long this stock and have been for some time. You may ask, "well how low can it go" and the answer is "O".
So, I believe much of what you said in your post about company issued shares to raise operating capital is correct, but I can NOT prove it.

So, proceed with caution is my best recommendation.
