I don't know the answer. On one hand, anything that can give you liver failure can't be good for you. OTOH, there are the positive medical studies indicating it is good for you, even if you don't have high cholesterol.

At the same time, the drug companies are pushing statins mercilessly. All I know is the overall soreness was like being hungover every morning without the pleasure of the bender the night before.

Right now it's a miracle how much better I feel not taking Lipitor.
