Chief: After reading the 10QSB, I have come to the conclusion that AGTI is in dire straits, and nothing but a miracle will turn this around. A miracle such as a buy out from another company. Also I don't like the fact that REG-S shares have been sold. But such as it is, I am long like you and praying for that miracle. Frank
