I remember it in the present tense ---

Hitler, has only got one ball,
Goering, has two -- but very small,
Himmler, has zomthing zimmler,
Und Goebbels has noebels at all.

This was sung heartily by British marching troops to the tune of
"Colonel Bogie March". The joke in "Bridge on the River Kwai(Kwai)" was that the march was whistled, not sung. One of the great songs of World War II, along with Mickey Mouse's "Heil, Splat, Heil, Splat right in the Fuehrer's Face!"
