Here is an update of my post #167. There was a time when I used to write down some information from CNBC's commodity futures. Here are some selected heating oil numbers. 2-3-94 .5335 3-15-94 .4349 8-1-94 .5426 5-10-95 .4651 6-8-95 .5905 10-28-96 .7155 12-3-96 .7422 1994/95 was a very mild winter in the North East. Oil companies decided that to avoid any more gluts during mild winters they would adopt the "just in time" style of fuel production. Last winter was more normal and gasoline shot skyward in the Spring because the oil companies let their tanks run dry. Charles
