I hope your right. I see a lot of complacency. Nobody is panicking and I think that's good. Panicks have been pretty short lived. A good, long grinding bear market is what we need to get valuations back to a place that makes sense. DOW 4000 would be about right. We will have to start a new contest to determine the bottom.
