Jeff, I notice in your report of your conversation June 3: Q. Who is Telanis and where are they incorporated? A. They are a bunch of techies from Texas. They have been in business for two years dba Telanis. They are not incorporated but will be soon now that they have reason to do so. But we also have the Press Release: NEWMARKET, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 1998--Cashco Management, Inc. (OTC BB:CSHK) announced today that it has signed a binding Letter of Intent with Telanis Software Inc.* for . . .* Looks to me to be a knowingly misleading statement in the Press Release. Whither goes the truth?
