Joe: According to Rhonda the company was under the impression that Telanis was incorporated. It learned subsequently that it was not. The Company asked the principals at Telanis to take care of this matter. The Company has been informed that the incorporation is being taken care of. Cashco checked with their attorney to ascertain if there was an negative implication to the signing of the letter of intent with an non-incorporated company. The answer is no. Also, I was hoping that Jeffrey's conversation with Cashco and subsequent post had satisfied the questioners.
