why Democrat leadership does not want to see the insurance market get better is because it would make selling Socialized Medicine more difficult? You've stated a false premise....a typical strawman argument....why do you use such propaganda techniques? All the leading dem candidates are on record as favoring using the private insurance market to reach some kind of 'universal coverage'. No one has proposed a single-payer policy.
