Every year at this time people raise this issue, but it's highly unlikley imo. Individuals are already selling to save their shirts, never mind tax losses. With the nasdaq down 46% from it's high earlier this year, I would hazard to guess that not a lot of investors have massive gains they need to offset. BTW look at Now/Dec of last yr - Whoa Nellie !! Victor
