russian oil comments

i think the russians want lots of money for their oil, and if they can say soothing words to opec and get the oil futures up while simultaneously keeping their oil deliveries running full blast with no cutbacks, they get the higher prices and the higher revenue to boot. that is what i think the russians are trying to accomplish (will they get it done? let's place our bets and see). here is some substantiating info on this. it says the govt. can't stop the private oils from pumping all they want. by the way i see the osx equities are moving up since september, but oil deliverers such as tk, nat, and vlccf are still mired at multi-year lows with just a little coughing going on lately. so to me the osx has taken on a tone reflecting ng expectations more than oil expectations. i would be interested in comments on this opinion about the osx at this time.
