I have used mailwasher in the past and found that the bounced mail feature worked. Since spammers keep changing their email address you will always have to add to the bounced list. Mailwasher might help get you off an individuals mail list. I eventually got rid of it.

I recently downloaded it just to give it another try but haven’t loaded it. It would be interesting to hear what others have to say about it.
