May be it is MSFT tactic to get the judge to falter (i.e.
to get biased, human emotions takeover judicial opinion,etc)
and again MSFT is getting it if that is their strategy.

MSFT knows they have a high chance with Appeals court, as
well as with a re-elected govt.
