Dear Tech: 3. Do you have any idea why Gruder keeps on doing Reg. S. offerings ? will it ever end ??? Now once CHASE's shares are gone we still have the other 150,000 Reg. S. shares from the most recent stock offering that was done at $15.00 Yes, I have an idea. As you know company has been cash poor. Reg S offerings are far cheaper to do as they require less information etc etc. I dont like them anymore than you do but I believe it was a necessity. Dont you? Better to be rid of an unproductive, uncooperating subsidiary I would think. Dont you? JDN
